Cancellation Policy

Order Processing and Cancellation:
All orders are subject to immediate processing upon confirmation and are forwarded directly to our Distribution Centre. Accordingly, no cancellation of an order will be permitted once it has been confirmed.

Subscription Orders:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellation of any subscription shall immediately terminate all future shipments. However, any order that has been processed prior to the cancellation of the subscription remains non-cancellable.

Returns for Refund:
Unwanted items may be returned for a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy, which is available in our FAQs. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition as specified therein.

Amendments:
This Policy may be amended at our sole discretion. All updates or changes will be posted on our website and reflected in our FAQs. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such amendments.
